Meaning
A print process component of the Fuse 1 that surrounds parts with
a semi-sintered shell of material to alleviate thermal inconsistencies
which may adversely affect the accuracy of a part.
A protective grate that prevents large objects from falling into and
clogging the air handling system.
Located inside the blast chamber, the tumbler basket rotates to agitate
parts and provides a work surface for media blasting.
The valve knife is used to close off and open the waste hopper valve
or the media hopper valve.
A fixed container that holds used blasting material and powder debris
in a tapered basin for dispensing into a container.
The primary opening for emptying the waste hopper. The waste
hopper valve is opened and closed via the valve knife.
