How to Open and Close the AP1
The AP1 is held closed with two captive screws
at the top and a hinge at the bottom. Use a
TORX T15 bit to loosen the two captive screws
and the top front of the AP1. When loosening
or tightening the screws it will be necessary to
alternate between the two to prevent binding.
NOTE: If the sides of the back housing get
compressed, as can happen with handling or
mounting, the two halves will interfere when
opening or closing. Bending out the sides just
below the visor will remedy.
