    3 Ein- / Aufbau 3.1 Anfertigen eines Probeschaftes Achtung! Die Fläche des Dummy ist mittig auf dem Stumpfende und rechtwinklig zur Stumpfrichtung zu gestalten. Laminierschutz (22A9) am fertigen Gipspositiv positionieren und fixieren. Das Gipsmodell wird mit einem Nylonstrumpf 95P1 überzogen und abgebunden.
  • Page 5 Als Tiefziehmaterial empfehlen wir Streifeneder PET 111P68 in ver- schiedenen Stärken. Das erwärmte Material wird mit dem Tiefziehrahmen über das Gipsmodell gezogen. Das Gipspositiv entfernen und an- schließend den Bereich des Laminier- schutzes bis zum Ansatz freischleifen. 5/36...
  • Page 6 Den Eingussanker mit runden Schränk- eisen an die Kontur des Schaftes an- passen. Dabei muss die Klemmschraube des Eingussankers in die Gehrichtung (An- terior - Posterior) zeigen. Der Einguss- anker wird mit M5-Probeschrauben (nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten!) mit dem Schaft verbunden. Achtung! Die Klemmung des Eingussankers ist medial oder lateral zu positionieren!

    3.2 Anfertigen eines Laminierschaftes Kugelförmigen Laminierschutz auf dem Gipspositiv befestigen. Hohl- räume zwischen dem Gipspositiv und der Laminierschutz-Kugel sollten mit Gips aufgefüllt werden. Das Gipspositiv wird isoliert und anschließend in ein Vakuumrohr eingespannt. Eingeweichte PVA-Folie 119P3 überziehen und distal abbinden. Polyglas-Trikotschlauch 95P17 in doppelter Länge abschneiden und zur Hälfte überziehen.
  • Page 8 Der Spalt zwischen dem Eingussanker und dem Polyglas-Trikotschlauch wird mit Glaskomplex 95P27 ausgeglichen. Vor dem Aufsetzen des Schaftan- satzes muss die Klemmschraube entfernt und das Gewinde sowie der Schlitz mit Plastilin 113P7 und Degaplast-Siegelharz 112P15 isoliert werden. Die Laminierschutz-Kappe am Gewin- de mit Schmiermittel 112P37 einfetten und in den Eingussanker einschrauben.

    3.3 Laminieranleitung und Materialbedarf Menge / Lagen Bezeichnung Art.-Nr. x 1,5 Karbonfaserschlauch 95P9 Glasseidenschlauch 95P4 x 1,5 Karbonfaserschlauch 95P9 Polyglas Trikotschlauch 95P17 Perlon Trikotschlauch 95P6 Anschließend die Armierung mit der eingeweichten PVA-Folie 119P3 über- ziehen und mit dem Gießvorgang beginnen. Als Acrylharz empfehlen wir unser Laminierharz 80:20, 112P20 und 112P120 oder Laminierharz C 112P22 und 112P122, Härterpulver 112P33 sowie Farbpaste 112P36.

    Achtung! Die Sperreinheit lässt sich Öffnen durch Drehen nach links (Rechtsgewinde) öffnen. Sperreinheit mit kalibrier- tem Drehmomentschlüssel 173P10 festdrehen. Ein Steckschlüsseleinsatz SW 16 (173P12/16) und Adapter für Drehmoment- schlüssel von 1/4“ auf 3/8“ (173P12/A) ist dazu nötig. Anzugsmoment 5 Nm. 5 Wartung und Service Bei allen beweglichen Teilen muss generell nach 6 Monaten, bei allen festen Strukturteilen nach 12 Monaten, eine Sicht und Funktionsprüfung erfolgen.

    3 Assembling 3.1 Manufacture of a Test Socket Attention! The dummy surface must be made so it is in the centre of the stump end and in right angle to the stump direction. Position and fixate the lamination dummy (22A9) onto the prepared plaster positive.
  • Page 21 For deep drawing, we recommend to use Streifeneder PET 111P68, available in various thicknesses. The heated material is pulled over the plaster model with the deep-drawing- frame.   • Page 22 Fit the lamination anchor (10A21/S and 10A25/S) according to the shape of the socket, using one of our round contouring irons. The clamp screw should point into walking direction (Anterior - Posterior). Connect the 3-prong lamination anchor to the socket with M5-test- screws (not included in the delivery!).

    3.2 Manufacture of a Resin Laminated Socket Fixate the spherical lamination dummy onto the plaster positive. Fill hollow spaces between the plaster positive and the spherical lamination dummy with plaster. Insulate the plaster positive and subsequently clamp it into the suction pipe.
  • Page 24 The gap between the 3-prong lamination anchor and the polyglass stockinette must be closed with Fibreglass Webbing Combo 95P27. Before you attach the 3-prong lamination anchor to the socket, remove the clamp screw and insulate thread and gap with Plastilin Clay 113P7 and Degaplast Sealing Resin 112P15.
