    1 Technische Daten max.     Das 10S1 Clutch-Lock zeichnet sich durch die sehr kleine Bauweise und einem glasfaserverstärkten Kunststoff aus. Mit gängigem Laminierverfahren wird dieses im US- oder OS-Schaft eingebettet und dient zur Verriegelung eines Liners. In Verbindung mit einem 12A3, 12A5 und 12A7 Schaftansatz kann die Abweichung von Stumpfverlauf und Lotlinie einfach korrigiert wer- den.
  • Page 5 Das Gipspositiv wird isoliert und anschließend in ein Vakuumrohr eingespannt. Das Gipspositiv kann mit einem dünnen Nylonstrumpf überzogen werden, dies obliegt jedoch der Ent- scheidung des OT. Sollte dies der Fall sein, so müssen Sie das Strumpfende an der dafür vorgesehenen Nut am 10S1/E6L Laminierschutz abbinden.
  • Page 6 Das Clutch-Lock auf den Laminierschutz- Kegel aufsetzen. Die Fixierschraube (ebenfalls auf die ganze Länge mit O-Ring 22A100 Spezial-Dichtfett einschmieren) im Pin-Dummy mit dem O-Ring fixieren und damit das Clutch-Lock mit dem Laminierschutz-Kegel verschrauben. Zur optimalen Abdichtung gegen Laminierharz empfiehlt sich generell, alle Anlage- bzw.

    3.1 Laminieranleitung und Materialbedarf vor dem Schäumen Menge / Lagen Bezeichnung Art.-Nr.   • Page 8 Mit 95P30 Carbonfaser-Flechtschlauch wird das Clutch-Lock bis zum Gips- ansatz verkleidet und ein Rahmen mit 95P35 Kohlefasermatte oder 95P8 bzw. 95P18 Kohlefaserband auflegen gelegt. Die Fixierung der Kohlefasern kann durch ein 119P13/6 Doppelklebeband oder 118P28 Sprühkleber erleichtert werden. Zum Abbinden eignet sich ein Streifen eines 95P6 Perlon-Trikotschlauchs.

  • Page 10 Mit 111P29/2 Streifylast einen Mantel um die Stumpfkuppe legen, mit 119P14 Leinen-Gewebeband fixieren und mit 112P23 Hartschaum 300 aufschäumen. Nach Übertragung der entsprechenden Flexions-Extensionsstellung den Schaum maximal kürzen. Den Schaum und den 12A7 bzw. 12A5 oder 12A3 Schaftansatz mit 112P38 Siegelharz- Kompaktkleber verkleben.

    Nach erfolgreicher Anprobe wird die Prothese im Übertragungsgerät (145M50) fixiert. Die ermittelten Korrekturen können durch Versetzen des 12A7 bzw. 12A5 oder 12A3 Schaftansatzes eingearbeitet werden, oder der Verschiebeadapter verbleibt in der Prothese. 3.2 Laminieranleitung und Materialbedarf nach dem Schäumen Menge / Lagen Bezeichnung Art.-Nr.
  • Page 12 Anschließend die Armierung mit der eingeweichten 119P3 PVA-Folie über- ziehen und mit dem Gießvorgang beginnen. Als Acrylharz empfehlen wir unser 112P20 und 112P120 Laminier- harz 80:20 oder 112P22 und 112P122 Laminierharz C, 112P33 Härterpulver sowie die 112P36 oder 112P49 Farb- paste.

    Vor der Fertigstellung der Prothese wird die Höhe des Entriegelungsknopfes durch den Kosmetikschaum nach außen übertragen. Das Freilegen des Entriege- lungsknopfes kann mit einem Rundloch- eisen 162P6/18 erfolgen. Für Geriatriker oder bei großen Schaft- durchmessern ist als Zubehör eine 10S1/70 bzw. 10S1/40, 10S1/45, 10S1/50, 10S1/85 Druckknopfverlänge- rung erhältlich.

    Chemikalien und Medien wie z. B. Salz- und Süßwasser, Säuren, Staub oder Sand ausgesetzt wird! Bei Missachtung der Vorschriften erlöschen jegliche Ersatzforde- rungen gegenüber Streifeneder ortho.production GmbH. Bitte setzen Sie Ihren Prothesenträger darüber in Kenntnis! 5 Wartung und Service Bei allen beweglichen Teilen muss generell nach 6 Monaten, bei allen festen Strukturteilen nach 12 Monaten, eine Sicht und Funktionsprüfung erfolgen.

    The major benefits of the 10S1Clutch-Lock are a very space-saving construction and very light weight due to a glass fiber reinforced plastic material used. This lock should be fitted into a trans-tibial or trans-femoral socket by using common lamination technique. The mechanism serves as liner lock. In connection with the socket adapter 12A3, 12A5 or 12A7, you can easily correct the deviation of socket progression and plumb line.

If you would like to use a Nylon stockinette, tie the end of the stockinette to the designated groove of the 10S1/E6L Lamination Dummy.
