    1 Technische Daten Das 15S2 Shuttle-Lock und 15S2/W Shuttle-Lock, wasserfest, sind für alle Mobilitätsklassen 1 bis 4 nach dem Streifeneder Walky-System zugelassen. 2 Beschreibung und Funktion 2.1 Verwendungszweck Das Produkt ist ausschließlich für die prothetische Versorgung der unteren Extremität zu verwenden. 2.2 Konstruktion Die angegebene Einbauhöhe von 23 mm (siehe Abb.

    3 Ein- / Aufbau Achtung! Die Fläche des Dummy ist mittig auf dem Stumpfende und rechtwinklig zur Stumpfrichtung zu gestalten. Reduzierung des distalen Stumpfendes am Gipspositiv auf eine Fläche mit einem Durchmesser von 47 mm (siehe Abb. 2). Der 10S1/E6 Laminierschutzkegel wird mit den beiliegenden Nägeln (Täcks) fixiert (siehe Abb.

    3.1 Laminieranleitung bis hin zum Schäumen Nach dem Isolieren des Shuttle-Lock-Gehäuses zum Beispiel jeweils eine Lage 95P6 Perlon-Trikot- und 95P17 Polyglas-Trikotschlauch überziehen. Am Trichter des Shuttle-Locks abbinden (siehe Abb. 8) und zurückschlagen, so dass er am Vakuumrohr abgebunden werden kann. Mit 95P30 Carbon-/Glasfaser-Flechtschlauch wird das Shuttle-Lock bis zum Gipsansatz verkleidet und ein Rahmen mit 95P35 Carbonfasermatte oder 95P8 bzw.

    3.2 Anleitung zum Schäumen 15S2 Shuttle-Lock Mit 111P29/2 Streifylast/Trolen einen Mantel um die Stumpfkuppe legen, mit 119P14 Leinengewebeband fixieren und mit 112P23 Hartschaum 300 aufschäumen (siehe Abb. 13). Nach Übertragung der entsprechenden Flexions-Extensionsstellung den Schaum maximal kürzen.     3.4 Laminieranleitung nach dem Schäumen 15S2 Shuttle-Lock Zur zweiten Laminierung Übergänge zuschleifen und vorbereiten. Wir emp- fehlen einen Rahmen mit 95P9 Carbonfaser-Flechtschlauch um den Schaft- ansatz (siehe Abb. 18). Die weiteren Lagen richten sich nach dem Gewicht und der Aktivität des Patienten.     Die dabei entstandenen Kanten des Laminats geben dem Schaftadapter eine zusätzliche Führung und dürfen nicht abgeschliffen bzw. entfernt werden. Der Schaft ist fertig zur Montage. Prothese zur Anprobe montieren. Achtung! Nachträgliches Durchbohren der Pinführungsbuchse ist nicht erlaubt! Vor der Fertigstellung der Prothese wird die Höhe des Entriegelungsknopfes durch den Kosmetikschaum nach außen übertragen.

    5 Wartung und Service Bei allen beweglichen Teilen muss generell nach 6 Monaten, bei allen festen Strukturteilen nach 12 Monaten, eine Sicht- und Funktionsprüfung erfolgen.     3.1 Laminating instructions up to foaming After insulation of the Shuttle-Lock, for example, one layer each of 95P6 Perlon Stockinette and 95P17 Polyglass-Stockinette over the socket. Tie and pull back the stockinettes (see fig. 8).in order to be able to tie them to the suction pipe.

    3.2 Foaming Instructions 15S2 Shuttle-Lock Put a sleeve made of 111P29/2 Streifylast/Trolen around the stump end and fixate it with 119P14 Linen Adhesive Tape. Fill the sleeve with 112P23 Rigid Foam H300 (see fig. 13). After transferring the respective flexion and extension position, reduce the hard foam as much as possible.

    3.4 Laminating instructions after foaming 15S2 Shuttle-Lock For the second lamination, sand and prepare the transitions. We recommend a frame with 95P9 Carbon Fibre Stockinette around the socket (see fig. 18). The other layers depend on the weight and activity of the patient. Finally, please pull the soaked 119P3 PVA Lamination Bag over the reinforcement and start the lamination process.

    Edges, which are results from the wet lamination around the lamination dummy give the socket adapter additional guidance and may not be grinded off! The socket is ready for assembly. Assemble the prostheses for trial walk. Attention! Subsequent drilling through the pin-bushing is not allowed! Before finishing the prosthesis, the height of the release button is transferred to the outside through the cosmetic foam.

    7 Use This product requires qualified and individual adaption to the patient according to medical indication. All adjustments must be done by qualified professional staff. 7.1 Use Restrictions Because of the fitting and for hygienic reasons, we have to point out that the product is to be used only by one patient and must not be given to any other patient.
