3.3.1.3 Flash Image by Windows PC
To flash image by Windows, please download the "Rufus" by following link.
https://rufus.ie/downloads/
The link for the verified Rufus v3.12 follows:

The step to flash BSP image to SD card by Windows:
⚫ Insert SD card using SD card reader to the PC.
⚫ Execute flash utility, use Rufus for example
⚫ Step1: check SD card has been recognized.
⚫ Step2: click select button to select image:
< SCM188 with SCB184_image_name>.wic.bz2
⚫ Step3: click start button, it will format SD card then start flashing image.
