Process Pressure Sensor (PPS) Assembly
Refer to Figure 32 and 34.
Removing the PPS Assembly
1. Using a 3/16 mm hex socket wrench, remove the four socket head cap screws to remove the PPS cover.
2. Retain the PPS cover, screws, and four O-rings from the recessed area on the inside cover. They will be reused when
installing the new PPS assembly.
3. Unscrew the two socket head cap screws from the PPS assembly.
4. Disconnect the assembly from the M12 cable to remove it from the housing.
