Travel Calibration
Travel Calibration is used to apply the end stops from non-contact magnetic array position.
1. Move the measured device from a zero position and use the 0% Calibration button.
2. Move the measured device to it fully extended position and use the 100% Calibration button.
There is no factory calibration stored in the instrument. Each application will require a calibration cycle prior to a
measurement being used for monitoring or control.
LoopConnect Software: Calibrate using the Manual Travel Calibration 0% and 100% buttons located on the Travel card.
Local User Interface (LUI): Use the navigation buttons to access Input/Output > Calibrate > Travel.
Outputs
Analog Output
Each I/O point is shown as a card with the POINT NAME, RANGE and LIVE VALUE. Expand these cards to show the
configuration settings and an entry into the calibration routine. On the expanded card, the upper left portion lets you
provide a descriptive name to the I/O.
