4. Actuator
This step requires an understanding of the valve position. Closed = 0.0%, Open = 100%. This information is shown on
the VENT/ SUPPLY readback value to the left of this screen.
5. Custom Calibration allows you to enter custom values for Timeouts, End Point, MLFB Bias, and IP Bias if desired.

Review the CAUTION displayed by the software: The following process should only be attempted by advanced users with an intimate
knowledge of the pneumatic settings parameters. Failure to adhere may induce improper performance. Proceed cautiously.
6. In Progress
While the actuator is going through the process of verifying the AUTO CAL parameters, the actuator will move through
the complete stroke, and then settle at a bias point of 50%.
7. Auto Cal is Complete, select Close.
Manual Tune
WARNING
During calibration the valve will move full stroke. To avoid personal injury and property damage caused by the release of
pressure or process fluid, isolate the valve from the process and equalize pressure on both sides of the valve or bleed off the
process fluid.
MAN. TUNE allows the manipulation of a selected tuning set.
