Page 4: Step 1 - "B" Pillar Removal And Modification
Instructions – 406SL Step 1 – “B” Pillar Removal and modification. The factory “B” Pillar cover must be cut to gain access to the mounting locations used for the side wings. Remove the coat hook cover and use a T27 socket to remove coat hook. -

Instructions – 406SL Repeat for the passenger side wing. Snug tighten but allow for movement. Step 3 – Bolt Top Wing To Partition Using six 1/4" x 5/8” flanged hex head bolts and six 1/4” flanged lock nuts, bolt the top wing to the partition in orientation shown. - Page 6 Instructions – 406SL Place partition with wings into van. Have the wings orientated towards the “B” pillars. Press firmly against the “B” pillars and the support across the roof. Square the bottom of the partition. Using seven 5/16” x 3/4” self taping hex head bolts, bolt one of the side wings to the “B”...
