Instructions – 40240 Before You Begin Read all instructions prior to assembling or installing any Holman product. Always locate your installation locations prior to performing any work. ENSURE SAFETY WHILE INSTALLING OR DRILLING INTO VEHICLE. Be sure to check installation location prior to drilling or screwing into the vehicle. -

Page 5: Step 1 - Attach Upper Pedestal Mount
Instructions – 40240 Step 1 – Attach Upper Pedestal Mount Using two 1/4" x 3/4" hex bolt, two 1/4" lock washers and two 1/4" flat washers, bolt upper pedestal mount to main data file assembly, as shown. Snug tighten but allow for movement. -

Instructions – 40240 Step 3 – Attach Front Mount Step 3A – Attach Front Mount to Van Seat Frames – Transit Using T45 Torx bit remove the Torx head screw and washer from both the driver side and passenger side seat frames, as shown. -

Instructions – 40240 Step 3C – Attach Front Mount to Data File – Sprinter Bolt the front mount to the front of the main assembly using two 1/4" x 7/8" hex bolt, four 1/4" flat washers and two 1/4" lock nuts. -

Instructions – 40240 Step 5 – Install Plus Nuts into Floor DO NOT drill beyond depth of floor or upper installation surface. Always check for wires, fuel tanks and lines, brake lines and other important vehicle functionality items prior to drilling and installing all products. -
Page 9: Step 6B - Install Data File - Sprinter
Instructions – 40240 Step 6B – Install Data File – Sprinter Bolt the front bracket to the passenger seat pedestal using one 1/4" x 7/8" hex bolt, two 1/4" flat washers and one 1/4" lock nut. Snug tighten but allow for movement.
