4 Managing the Envision X14 with VPS GUI
from a PC
The Envision X14 can be operated from the VPS GUI application
installed on a host Windows PC. The VPS GUI application will have to
be downloaded and installed on your Windows PC and you will need to
connect your PC to the Envision X14 over an Ethernet IP connection.
This chapter provides instruction for installing the VPS GUI, followed by
how to set the time and date.

Install the External Envision X14 Video Protocol
Suite (VPS) GUI Application
This procedure describes how to install the VPS GUI application on your
host PC.

On your PC, download the VPS Remote GUI Application from the
Teledyne Lecroy downloads page:

Once the download is complete, click on the Video Protocol Suite
(VPS) GUI link and follow the installation prompts.
