SIMPLE MODE

■ About the Simple mode

In the Simple mode, you can receive, scan, and listen to the FM radio by selecting from
favorite channels, Categories/Groups, and so on.
L The memory contents on the screen may differ, depending to the presetting.

D Using the Simple mode

[MENU] > SIMPLE MODE
1. Push [MENU].
2. Select "SIMPLE MODE."
3. Select an item that you want to receive. (Example: Favorite)
• is displayed on the Standby screen.
L To specialize in simple operations, the Simple mode is set to the single band display
and restricts some operations.
4. To exit the Simple mode, push [CLEAR].
• The confirmation dialog is displayed.
5. Select "YES."

D Key operations in Simple mode

Display in the Simple mode
[MENU]/[ ]
• Switches between the MENU screen and
the Standby screen.
• Hold down for 1 second to turn the Lock
function ON or OFF.
[SKIP]
Push to enter a Skip channel (SKIP or PSKIP).
[SCAN]
Push to start or stop a scan.
[V/MHz]/[CLEAR]
Push to exit the Simple mode.
[QUICK]/[●REC]
• Push to open the Quick Menu window.
• Hold down for 1 second to start the voice
recording.
