This work must only be performed by
authorized service personnel.
Protective equip-
ment:
1. Park the machine in secured condition
Ä Chapter 6.7 'Park the machine in
secured condition.' on page 129.
2. When performing this work the fuel tank
shall only hold a small amount of fuel,
pump off if necessary.
3. Pull the plug connectors off the front head
lights.
4. Loosen two fastening screws on the front
plate (2) and take off the front plate.
5. Remove the cover (1).
6. Loosen the hose clamps on return flow line
(1) and on feed line (3) and pull the fuel
line off the fuel tank.
7. Pull off sensor cable (2).
8. Loosen two fastening screws on the tank
(4) and take off the tank.
