TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
There is no sound
output from the
soundbar.
The sound is distorted
or echoed.
Possible Cause
Another input source is
selected.
The mute function is
activated.
The volume of the
soundbar or connected
device is too low.
The power cord is not
connected properly.
Input ports on a playback
device are connected.
Incorrect input selected.
TV volume is not muted.
Solution
Select an appropriate Input
source.
Cancel the mute function.
Increase the volume level on the
soundbar or by remote control or
on the TV.
Ensure that the power cable is
securely connected to an
electrical outlet.
Connect the input port on the
soundbar and the output port on
the playback device.
• When the soundbar and TV
or other devices are
connected by an audio cable
through the HDMI eARC
output port, select the
correct audio input and
output.
• Ensure the digital audio
output setting on the
playback device is in PCM
format. Since the output
format of the soundbar is
PCM, if it is used, the
decoding format of TV or
other devices will be adjusted
to PCM state.
If you play audio from a TV
through the soundbar, make
sure that the TV is muted.
