TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
No power.
Remote control does
not work.
No sound.
Sound is distorted.
Soundbar gets warm
after extended use at
a high volume.
Soundbar cannot be
paired via Bluetooth.
No sound when
playing audio via
Bluetooth.
Poor sound quality
from a Bluetooth
device.
Possible Cause
The soundbar is
disconnected from the
electrical outlet.
The electrical outlet is not
working.
Batteries are dead.
Incorrect polarity.
Too far from the soundbar.
The wrong input source is
selected.
Volume is too high.
This is normal.
Bluetooth is switched off on
the device.
The soundbar is already
paired with another device
via Bluetooth.
Your Bluetooth device has
not been paired.
The volume of your
Bluetooth device is set too
low.
The soundbar volume is too
low.
Bluetooth device is almost
out of range of the
soundbar.
Solution
Reconnect the power plug
to the electrical outlet.
Change to another outlet.
Replace the batteries.
Re-install the battery
according to the correct
polarity.
Reduce the distance.
Select the correct input
source.
Decrease the volume.
Turn the soundbar off for a
period or lower volume.
Switch on Bluetooth.
Press and hold the
SOURCE button on the
remote control for 3
seconds to unpair the
device and re-enter pairing
mode.
Pair your device to the
soundbar.
Increase the volume of your
Bluetooth device.
Increase the soundbar
volume.
Move your Bluetooth device
closer to the soundbar.
