Possible cause
•
Disconnected from the AC
outlet.
•
AC outlet is not
functioning.
•
Remote control's battery
is empty

Battery is installed with
wrong polarity.

Too far from the main unit.
Selected wrong source input.
Volume level is set too high.
This is normal.
•
Bluetooth is switched off
at the audio source.
•
The speaker has already
connected with another
device via Bluetooth.
•
Your Bluetooth device has
not been paired.
•
The volume control of your
Bluetooth device is set at
too low.
•
The volume control of the
main unit is set too low.
Bluetooth device is almost out
of range of the soundbar.
Solution
•
Reconnect to the AC
outlet.
•
Change to another outlet.
•
Replace battery.
•
Re-install battery with
correct polarity.
•
Keep it close to the main
unit.
Select the correct source
input.
Decrease the volume level.
Turn the unit off for some time
or lower the volume.
•
Switch on the Bluetooth
function in the audio
source.
•
Press and hold the button
on the remote control for
3 seconds to break the
current connection and
initiate pairing mode.
•
Pair the speaker again to
the audio source.
•
Increase the volume of
your Bluetooth device.
•
Increase the volume of
the main unit.
Move your Bluetooth device
closer to the soundbar.
