OFF = EIA-530, RS-449, or X.21

Select the unit's timing source. Valid only for a unit configured as the
LTU.
OFF = Internal clock
ON = External Clock
4, 5, 6, 7, 8
Control Sync Port Data Rate (refer to Table 4-6,
Rates)
NOTE:
All OFF = 2048 kbps (1024 kbps for 1 Mbps units)
Use Table 4-6 to set the Sync Port Payload Rate. Defaults are shown in bold.
NOTE:
Sync Port and DSL Line Rates can only be selected from a unit configured
as the LTU (Switchpack S3 #1) with AutoRate disabled (Switchpack S3 #2).
