OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE MANUAL FOR TIER 4 SNOW
BLOWER MODELS: RPM215, RPM217, RPM220/36R, RPM40R,
RPM48R/52R AND HS300
Snow Blower Installation on the Loader
1- It is important to read the safety measures described in this manual to safely install the
snow blower on your loader.
2- To ensure safe and stable loader operation and optimal visibility once the snow blower is
coupled to the loader, please refer to the loader operation manual.
The following steps must be executed to prepare your snow blower for its installation on the loader:
1- Weld the female quick coupler to the plate shown in the picture below. It is important to respect
the height from ground of the female coupler for it to properly interface with the loader male
coupler (refer to the drawings and installation manual of your quick coupler). In addition, make
sure the holes for the bolts stay clear when welding the quick coupler to the plate.
Note:
• The female coupler on the snow blower must be compatible with the male coupler of the loader.
• Remove the quick coupler plate from the snow blower before welding the quick coupler on it.
• Refer to the manufacturer's quick coupler installation manual before its installation.
