7.4.1-8. Simple Resolution Real Time Adjustment
The Simple Resolution Real Time Adjustment is useful for models which are equipped with adjustment pins
on the 1st Lens frame unit.
When rotating the

※ Check the adjusted visual result on the monitor.

7.4.1-8.1. Procedure of Simple Resolution Real Time Adjustment
Click the Still/Real time slide switch to "Real-Time" (left) side.

The chart image will be displayed on the PC monitor in real time.

*If no image is displayed and/or displayed from other camera sources),
try changing the "DeviceNum" to 0, 1 or 2.
Green frames indicate the measurement range, which can be

widened or narrowed.
Corresponding image result are displayed in real time when rotating

the Adjustment pins.
Adjust the Adjustment pins until all items are displayed as OK(Green).
If there is/are "NG" in graphic indicators, the lens doesn't meet standard.

Check measurement environment and/or settings again.
After above adjustment with real time mode has successfully been completed, perform inspection with

Still mode. (Refer to " 7.4.1-7. Simple Resolution Inspection with Still Mode")
* If the result is all OK, skip "7.4.2. 1st Lens Frame Adjustment (Projector method)" and move on
to the "7.4.3. Electrical Adjustment".
* If result is NG, perform adjustment with single mode, repeating "taking a picture - inspection -
- adjustment" as a cycle.)
As for Adjustment conditions/procedure, consult the "Operating Instructions" which is available in software package.
