Installation Position Requirements
Install the ESS on a solid brick-concrete structure or concrete wall or floor. If other
types of walls and floors are used, they must be made of fire-retardant materials
and meet the load-bearing requirements of the equipment. (The weight of an
Energy Storage Module is 68 kg.)

4.5 Installing the ESS

Issue 01 (2024-03-27)
During installation, ensure that there is no other equipment (except related
Huawei equipment and awnings) or flammable or explosive materials around
the ESS. Reserve sufficient clearances for heat dissipation and safety isolation.
When mounting the ESS on a wall, do not place any objects under the ESS.
