ADJUSTMENTS
The steps beUow expUain how the adjustaMe handweights can be adjusted. Make sure aH parts are properUy tight-
ened each time the adjustaMe handweights and dumbbell tray are used. RepUace any worn parts immediately. The
adjustaMe handweights and dumbbell tray can be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild, non-abrasive detergent.
Do not use soUvents.
USING THE HANDWEIGHTS
HoUdthe button on the Lock HandUe (8) in, and insert
the Lock HandUe through the desired Hates (9, 10,
11) and into the HandUe (13). ReUease the button and
turn the Lock HandUe clockwise until tight.
Attach an equal amount of weight to the other
side of the Handte (!3} in the same manner.
To remove the Hates (9, 10, 11), turn the Lock
HandUe (8) counterclockwise
and depress the button.
PuN the Lock Handle out of the Handle (13).

Attach weight Plates (9, 10, 11) to a HandJe (13)
only while the Handle is on the Tray (3} in the
position
shown, or on the ground.
Do not hold
the Handle (13) in a verticaJ position when
adding or removi ng Plates. The Plates could
fall if attached in a manner other than as
described
here.
[Wake sure the weight Ptates (9, 10, 11) do not
fan off the Tray (3) as you are inserting
or
removing
the Lock Handle (8).
STORING THE PLATES
When you are not using the weight Plates (9, 10, 11),
they can be stored on the storage tubes on the
Frame (2).
The Handles (13) can be stored on the Tray (3) while
not being used.
