Possible Solution
1. Replace damaged or missing bolts/nuts or tighten if
loose.
2. Tighten mobile base lock knobs or adjust stand feet
to stabilize machine.
3. Replace warped/bent blade (Page 34); resharpen
dull blade.
4. Inspect/replace belt (Page 78). Realign pulleys if
necessary.
5. Tighten/replace.
6. Retighten/replace arbor pulley with shaft and thread
locking liquid.
7. Fix/replace fan cover; replace loose/damaged fan.
8. Replace arbor housing bearings; replace arbor.
9. Adjust/replace if at fault.
10. Test by rotating shaft; rotational grinding/loose shaft
requires bearing replacement.
Possible Solution
1. Remount fence and adjust correctly.
2. Clean and lubricate/wax rails.
3. Adjust clamp screw (Page 74).
1. Learn/use proper feeding technique.
2. Adjust fence parallel with blade (Page 75).
3. Use jointer to straighten edge of workpiece that
slides against fence.
