United States customers may obtain service and repair assistance by
contacting the Intel Product Service Center in Phoenix,
rizona. Customers
outside the United States should contact their sales source (Intel Sales Office
or uthorized Distributor) for service information.
Before calling the Product Service Center you should have the following
information:
The date you received the product.
The complete part number (including the dash number) of the product.
This number is usually silk-screened onto printed circuit boards and
stamped on the label of other products.
The serial number of the product. This is usually silk-screened onto
printed circuit boards and stamped on the label of other products.
Your shipping and billing addresses.
purchase order number for billing purposes if your Intel product
warranty has expired.
Extended warranty agreement information, if applicable.
