Factory Reset
If a device isn't appearing on the network after trying troubleshooting methods, perform a network reset, or a full factory reset.
From the Control Software
Under the Settings > Reset tab:
Reboot
Network Reset
Restore Factory Defaults
Low Power Standby Mode

Solution
Reduce the number of windows or tabs that are open to the same Config
uration
See Network section for properly setting up the network
Reboots the hardware.
Clears all stored network data.
Resets the device to factory default settings, designed for automatic compatibility with other
Shure networked devices.
CAUTION: A factory reset deletes all microphone links saved in the device.
Enters low power standby mode. Short press the hardware reset button to exit.
Press and hold the recessed reset button for 5-8 seconds. The audio status LEDs will flash
yellow to indicate the network settings have been reset.
Press and hold the recessed reset button for more than 8 seconds to reset the device to fac
tory default settings. The audio status LEDs will flash green to indicate the hardware is re
booting.
