6. Problem solving

Before contacting your dealer, check the following points :
Yomper drive unit power indicator light does not illuminate
(blue)
Yomper does not accept charging when the charger is plugged
Into the Yomper Drive unit and electrical power outlet.
EasyGo box does not turn on
EasyGo box does not take charge
Failure
Check that a light appears after pressing the button on the
front of the drive unit
Check the battery gauge and recharge your Yomper if indicator
shows low battery.
Visually check, without disassembling anything, the condition
of the electrical cables and the Yomper.
Check the operation of your power outlet.
Check that this is the correct charger.
Check that the charger turns from green to red when charging.
Check the condition of the charging socket on the Yomper.
Check the gauge before charging, and after charging after 2
hours to be sure the charge level has changed after charging
time elapses.
Push the button towards ON (The switch must be pushed
towards the center of the EasyGo controller).
Charge the EasyGo box. (You have to wait 10 minutes before
charging will occur).
Check that the box is in the ON position. Charge the EasyGo box.
(You have to wait 10 minutes before charging will occur).
