Jam in Duplex Unit
Follow these steps to clear the jam.
1.
If the printer has a finisher, press the lower lever on the front of the finisher base and slide
the finisher away from the printer.
2.
Press the release button on the left side of the printer to open Door D. If jammed paper is
present, remove it.
