CONNECTIONS
7. Connect the speakers using the speaker cords.
Connect the '' + '' terminals on the amplifier to the '+' terminals
on the speakers, and the "'~"' terminals on the amplifier to the "'—'""
terminals on the speakers.
s"* @ Push the speaker terminal knob down.
@ Insert the speaker cord.
@ Push the knob up.

NOTE:
Do not allow the conductors of the cords to project beyond the terminals
and to come into contact with other conductors. A breakdown or failure
may occur when conductors touch one another.
Speaker impedance
Connect speaker systems with a nominal impedance of between 8 and
16 Q.
8. Connect the CD player's power cord to the amplifier's AC OUTLET.
9. Finally, connect the power cord () to the AC wall socket @.
