Assembly — Installing the Light Kit

Attaching the light kit mounting

plate to the mounting ring

□

Remove one of the three light kit mounting plate

screws (OO) from the mounting ring (PP) and loosen

the other two screws. (Do not remove.)

□

Place the key holes in the light kit mounting plate (I)

over the two screws (OO) previously loosened from

the mounting ring (PP). Turn the light kit mounting

plate (I) until the light kit mounting plate (I) locks in

place at the narrow section of the key holes.

□

Securely tighten the two light kit mounting plate

screws (OO) previously loosened and the one (OO)

previously removed.

Attaching the LED light kit

and plastic shade

CAUTION: Before starting installation, disconnect the

power by turning off the circuit breaker or removing the fuse

at the fuse box. Turning power off using the fan switch is not

suf cient to prevent electric shock.

Remove one of the three light kit mounting screws (QQ)

from the light kit mounting plate (I) and loosen the other

two screws (QQ). (Do not remove.)

□

While holding the 20W LED light kit (J) under your fan

motor assembly (F), make the 2-pin wire connections (RR):

- White to white

□

Place the key holes in the 20W LED light kit (J) over the

two mounting screws (QQ) previously loosened from the

light kit mounting plate (I). Turn the 20W LED light kit (J)

until the 20W LED light kit (J) locks in place at the

narrow section of the key holes. Secure by tightening

the two light kit mounting screws (QQ) previously

loosened and the one (QQ) previously removed.

Position the notches (SS) in the outer rim of the plastic

shade (K) so they line up with the tabs (TT) on the inside

of the rim on the 20W LED light kit (J). Carefully lift the

plastic shade (K) up inside the 20W LED light kit (J) and

secure it to the fan by turning the plastic shade (K)

clockwise until snug. DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN.

why won't the light turn on

The CELENE ceiling fan light may not turn on due to several possible reasons:

1. Power Supply Issue – Ensure the fan is properly connected to a working power source.
2. Remote Control Battery – Check if the remote control has working AAA batteries.
3. LED Light Kit Connection – Verify that the 20-watt LED light kit is properly installed and connected.
4. Receiver Issue – Ensure the receiver is correctly installed and functioning.
5. Extension Cord Connection – Make sure the 2-pin or 3-pin extension cord is securely connected.
6. Timer Setting – If the timer function is active, it may have turned the light off automatically.
7. Faulty Components – If all connections are correct but the light still does not work, the LED light kit or receiver may be defective.
