11 Problem Solving
Nothing is printed.
White areas or white or
colored stripes appear.
The entire output is faint.
Paper becomes wrinkled.
Text is blurred.

Symptom
Two or more sheets of paper are being fed simultaneously (double-
feed). Fan the paper well and load it again.
High-voltage power supply may be malfunctioned. Contact our
Customer Support Center.
The loaded paper may be damp. Replace the paper with a new one.

When Tray 5 (Bypass) is used, the size and type of the loaded paper
are different from the settings on the print driver.
Load paper of the correct type and size into Tray 5.
