– Press out the securing pins -arrows-.
– Mount the tool head -arrow- and press the securing pins
back in.

– Determine the length of optical fibre that is required.
– Open the optical fibre pliers and insert optical fibre -1- into
the cutting support -arrow-.
– Close the optical fibre pliers to cut the optical fibre to length.
