Conditioning the oven
It is important to condition your oven before using it for cooking. This will burn off any
manufacturing residues and ensure that you get the best results right from the start. It will
take appproximately 1 hour.
Before you start:
Make sure you have removed all packaging and any cable ties used to secure the shelving
during transit. Make sure all shelves are fitted in the oven. Ensure the kitchen is well
ventilated during conditioning.

After conditioning:
There will be a distinctive smell and a small amount of smoke during the conditioning
process as manufacturing residue is burnt off. This is normal, but make sure the kitchen is
well ventilated. Once cooled, wipe out the oven with a damp cloth and mild detergent, and
dry thoroughly.
