protection cover on the chopping knives (9), carefully
remove it.
Warning: the blades of chopping knives (9) are very
sharp! Always hold the chopping knives (9) by the
plastic end.
• Put the products into the bowl (10).
Note: do not switch the unit on with empty bowl (10).
• Place the geared lid (8) on the bowl (10) and rotate it
clockwise until bumping.
• Press on the locks (2) and install the motor unit on
the neck of the gear cover (8), make sure that the
motor unit is securely fixed. Install the motor unit
vertically and evenly .
• Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
• To switch on, press and hold down the button (4) «
»
• When you press and hold the button (4) « », you
can control the chopping knives (9) rotation speed by
turning the control knob (5).
• For operation at the maximal rotation speed, press
and hold down the (3) «TURBO» button.
• During operation hold the motor unit with one hand
and the chopper bowl (10) with the other hand.
• Release the button (3 or 4) to switch off.
• After using the unit, wait until the chopping knives (9)
fully stops.
• Remove the power plug from the mains socket.
• Disconnect the motor unit from the geared lid (8) by
pressing the lock buttons (2) .
• Remove the geared lid (8) from the bowl (10) by
turning it counterclockwise.
• Carefully remove the chopping knives (9) from the
bowl (10) holding them by the plastic end.
• Take the chopped products out of the bowl (10).

USING THE WHISK ATTACHMENT
• Continuous operation time with the whisk attachment
(7) should not exceed 30 seconds. Stop using for at
least 3 minutes between two operation cycles.
ATTENTION! Do not use the whisk attachment (7) to
knead tight dough (pic.1).
