1.3.2 Breaking in a new machine
Your machine has been well adjusted and
tested before delivery. However, initial
operation on the machine in severe conditions
will seriously affect the performance or reduce
the service life of the machine. Thus SANY
recommends you to perform a 100-hour test
run before putting the machine into production
use.
During the break-in period:
Let the machine warm up prior to any

operation. After the engine starts, idle the
grader for 3-5 minutes.
Avoid operating or running the equipment
•
at a high speed in overload working
conditions.
Avoid sudden starting, rapid movement or
•
abrupt stop of the equipment.
Cool down the system of the equipment at
•
the end of every working day.
