3. BEFORE USE

Charge the Evolution Booster
Charge the Evolution Booster for at least two hours before using it for the fi rst time.
To do this, connect the supplied USB-C charging cable to a USB mains adapter (output: max. 5
V/2 A, not included in delivery) and the Booster. Alternatively, you can charge the Booster on your
computer/laptop. To do this, connect the USB-C charging cable to the Booster and the USB port of
your computer/laptop.
Wash EMS garments
We recommend washing the garments before fi rst use. In "Cleaning and maintenance" you will
learn how to clean and maintain them.
Download and register on the app "Antelope Go"
Check your phone settings
Make sure that your Bluetooth is enabled. As an Android user, you need to ensure that your
phone's location data is enabled.
Apply electrode contact agent
This ensures that the electrodes conduct the current better and the feeling during training is
better. In addition, the EMS pulse is transmitted more easily and evenly.
For this purpose, apply the agent onto the electrodes or directly onto the skin shortly before train-
ing. Alternatively, you can do a warm up before EMS training to get yourself sweating.
