Telephone operation
Step 2:
To display the telephone feature menu, press the Menu softkey
from the main idle screen.
Step 3:
Press the

Settings then press the Select softkey or center NavKey/SEL/
.
Step 4:
Press the up or down NavKey
then press the Select softkey or center NavKey/SEL/
Step 5:
Press the up or down NavKey
then press the Select softkey or center NavKey/SEL/
slots for telephone bases will be displayed.
Step 6:
Press the up or down NavKey
handset and press the Register softkey or center NavKey/SEL/
.
Step 7:
The handset will display Searching while it searches for the
telephone base.
Step 8:
If the search is successful, a code from the telephone base will be
displayed. To register the handset to the telephone base, press the
Register softkey.
Step 9:
In the Enter PIN box, enter the system PIN. (The default PIN is
0000.) Press the Apply softkey.
Step 10: Handset successfully registered to base will be displayed when
the registration process is complete. The screen will return to the
telephone feature menu. Press and hold OFF to exit from the
telephone feature menu.
This telephone has a intercom feature but you must own at least two handsets
to use intercom (see page 87). Additional handset(s) can be purchased
seperately.
