Details and Solution
Check status of selected drives and ensure that
they are present and finally initialized before
downloading dumps.
Check event details for further information.
• Check if the uploaded firmware image is
matching your drive type and generation.
• Ensure that the image file isn't corrupted.
• Download a new image from the drive
vendor's website if you aren't sure about file
integrity.
The selected port on the target machine is not
open. The connection is refused. Check that
the server application is running on the target
machine and the firewall is not blocking the
selected port. Contact IT Personnel to verify
the port settings.
Use a client certificate that is signed by a
trusted certificate authority (CA) or manually
select the untrusted certificate on the server
side and trust it (not available on all servers).
The target machine could not be reached, so no
network connection possible.
• Verify that the IP address in the settings is
correct.
• Check that the target machine is powered
and connected to the network.
• Check the network cable.
• Verify that the Firewall setting on the target
machine allows ping requests and responses.
The target machine could not be reached. The
network route to the machine isn't available.
• Check your IP settings (IP address, Gateway
and Netmask) and verify it with your IT
personnel.
• Check that the Firewall settings on the target
machine are correct.
