TROUBLESHOOTING

9.2 Check with LEDs (1) - at System Start-up

This section explains troubleshooting using the LEDs at system start-up.
9.2.1 When "RUN" LED on the safety master module does not turn ON with
"POWER" LED on the safety power supply module being ON
Set the RUN/STOP/RESET
switch on the safety CPU
module to RUN or STOP.
Change the mode setting of the
network parameter to "Safety
remote net (Ver.1 mode)", and
after executing Write to PLC, reset
and stop the safety CPU module.
