9.5 Error Codes

Cause of error occurrence (details)
The network parameter is corrupted.
The parameter for the number of automatic
return stations was set to a value other than "1
to 10".
A overlap station number was specified with
the station information parameter.
The station information parameter setting
does not meet the following condition:
{16 A + 54 (B + C)}

A: Number of standard remote I/O stations
B: Number of remote device stations
C: Number of safety remote I/O stations
The number of occupied stations set as the
station information parameter is outside the
following range.
Safety remote station: 1 to 2
Standard remote station: 1 to 4
The number of connected modules was set to
a value other than "1 to 64".
All stations were set as reserved stations.
Corrective action
Perform the following procedures:
(1) Correct the network parameter and write it
to the PLC.
(2) If the error still occurs after the correction,
there is a hardware error on the safety
master module. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi Electric representative.
