Probable Cause
Setpoint temperature too high.
Unit connected to incorrect power supply.
Digital temperature controller is defective.
Unit not allowed enough time to preheat.
Setpoint temperature too low.
Drawer(s) not closed completely.
Digital temperature controller is defective.
Unit not plugged in.
Unit not turned on.
Circuit breaker tripped.
Power I/O (on/off) switch defective.
Digital temperature controller is defective.
Heating element burned out.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

ELECTRIC SHOCK HAZARD: Turn OFF power switch,
unplug power cord/turn off power at circuit breaker,
and allow unit to cool before performing any cleaning,
adjustments, or maintenance.
Change the setpoint temperature to a lower setting.
Verify with qualified personnel that power supply
matches unit specification.
Contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco
for assistance.
Allow unit 15–20 minutes to reach operating
temperature.
Change the setpoint temperature to a higher setting.
Make sure all drawers are closed completely.
Contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco
for assistance.
Plug unit into proper power supply.
Move Power I/O (on/off) switch to the I (on) position.
Reset circuit breaker.
Contact an Authorized Hatco Service Agent or Hatco
for assistance.
