Remove the starter box.
Remove the dust accumulated between the fins of the cylinder.
2. Fuel filter
(a) Using a wire hook, remove the filter from the filler neck.
(b) Wash the filter with gasoline. Replace with a new filter if necessary.
After removing the filter, use a clamp to hold the end of the suction tube.
3. Oil filter
1. With a wire hook, remove the oil filter through the oil fill hole and clean it with gasoline. When
replacing the film covering the tank, make sure it gets to the right front corner.
2. Clean the dirt from the tank.
4. Spark Plug
Clean the electrodes of the spark plug using a wire brush. Verify that the separation between
electrodes is 0.6-0.7 mm and make adjustments as necessary.
5. Gear
Examine the gear for any signs of cracks or excessive wearing as they may
affect the movement of the chain. If there is an obvious wear, replace the
sprocket. Never fit a new chain on a worn sprocket, or a worn chain on a
new sprocket.
6. Front and rear shock absorbers
ATTENTION!
Metallic parts of the engine can burn your skin. Never touch the cylinder, exhaust
or muffler or spark plug while using the machine or just after stopping the engine.
Before starting the engine, check around the muffler and remove the sawdust
particles. If not, this will cause the machine to overheat and catch fire. To prevent
this problem, always clean the muffler.
