Note:
Make sure the saw chain is in the right direction.
6. Adjust the chain tensioner nut into the bottom hole of the guide bar. Then install the chain
cover and tighten the mounting nut with your fingers.
Note:
Make sure the hook is fully set to the rear end when installing the chain cover.
While holding up the end of the bar, adjust the chain tension by turning the tensioner screw
until you feel that the top slightly touches the underside of the bar rail.

7. Adjust the nuts tightly maintaining the guide bar facing up (11.8 – 14.7 Nm/ 120-150kg.
cm).Then verify that the chain moves easily and that the voltage thereof is correct by moving
it with your hand. Readjust the cover after loosening the chain when necessary.
8. Adjust the tensioner bolt.
Note:
A new chain will expand slightly when you use it for the first time. Check the chain
tension regularly. If the chain is loose, it can easily derail or cause rapid wear to the
chain itself and the guide bar.
