INSTALLATION OF THE GUIDE BAR AND THE CHAIN OF
THE SAW
The standard package of the saw contains the elements shown in the illustration.

A: Power unit
B: Chain
C: Bar
D: Bar protector
E: Harness
1. Open the box and install the guide bar and drive on the power unit as follows:
Warning
The teeth of the saw chain are very sharp. Use gloves as a protective measure.
2. Move the protection towards the front handle to
check that the chain brake is not employed.
3. Loosen the nuts and remove the chain cover.
4. Fix the rod in the rear suspension of the power unit
using screws.
5. Install the guide bar. Then set the saw chain around the bar and rough toothed.
