5.3 Factory reset

If the appliance repeatedly enters into a fault or is unable to get out of a
fault, it is possible to perform a factory reset.

In case of a factory reset, all your preferred settings and downloaded
flame pictures will be lost.

First try to resolve a fault by making the appliance free from voltage by
means of the main switch, as described in chapter 3.3.
