    Rapid cooking zones (only available in some models) diff er from the conventional cooking zones by their maximum power which allows them to heat up faster. These cooking zones are indicated by a red dot in the middle; after a while, due to repeated use and cleaning, this dot may disappear.

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Clean the appliance using warm water, liquid detergent, and a soft cloth. Do not use any abrasive or sharp utensils or other objects. Burnt or dried food residues should be moistened using a damp cloth and softened with appropriate detergent. Stainless steel parts should be cleaned using special- purpose detergents.
