Binding Rule
Power cables and signal cables should be bound separately with
a distance longer than 150 mm.
Both ends of each cable should be labeled. Labels should be
concise and easy to understand.
Cable ties should be installed properly with no sharp burs, evenly
spaced, and fastened toward the same direction, as shown in
Figure 4-16
Each output power cable bundle can contain 5–10 cables. If too
many cables are bound together, the cables may overheat due to
poor heat dissipation.
Extra cables should be coiled neatly and easy to find.
Cables on the surface of a large cable bundle should be neatly
organized without unnecessary crossover.
Cables with different colors in a bundle should be arranged in
distinct layers without unnecessary crossover, as shown in
4-18. Thickness takes priority over color in cable arrangement.
Cables should be reliably bound along the route, and the binding
interval should meet the requirements in
Cables should be away from sharp components such as copper
bars and terminals to avoid scratching.
