    Step 2 Remove the four bolts securing the combiner cabinet and the pallet at the bottom.   • Page 16 Step 6 Adjust the anchor bolts of the combiner cabinet using a wrench to ensure that each castor touches the floor.     Then, hammer the expansion bolts into the holes vertically until the flat washers are flush with the floor. Partially tighten the expansion bolts clockwise.     Step 2 Lift the combiner cabinet onto the support and align the cabinet mounting holes with the support mounting holes.
