9.5 The RIP Screen

Routing Information Protocol (RIP, RFC 1058 and RFC 1389) allows a device to exchange routing
information with other routers.
Click Network Setting > Routing > RIP to open the RIP screen.

Chapter 9 Routing
DESCRIPTION
Click this switch to enable or disable the policy route. When the switch goes to the right
function is enabled. Otherwise, it's not.
Enter a descriptive name of up to 8 printable English keyboard characters, not including spaces.
Enter the source IP address.
Enter the source subnet mask address.
Select the transport layer protocol (TCP or UDP).
Enter the source port number.
Enter the source MAC address.
Type the name of the interface from which the matched traffic is sent.
Select a WAN interface through which the traffic is sent. You must have the WAN interface(s)
already configured in the Broadband screens.
Click Cancel to exit this screen without saving.
Click OK to save your changes.
