Quick Start Guide

EN 1 Use an Ethernet cable to connect the WAN port to a
gateway modem (1-a).
OR
Use the gray phone cable to connect the DSL port to a
DSL splitter (1-b) or directly to the telephone wall outlet.
EN 2 Connect a computer to the LAN port using the yellow
Ethernet cable.
3 Connect a phone to the phone port using the phone cable.
4 Connect the power cable to the modem and press the power
button.

5 Check the LEDs.
INTERNET LED (5-a)
ON - The Internet is ready. Go to Wireless Setup.
OFF - The Internet is not ready. Go to Internet Setup.
PHONE LED (5-b)
ON - The VoIP registration is complete.
OFF - The VoIP registration is not complete. Configure VoIP
settings.
Configuring Your VMG8924-B10D/VMG8924-B30D
Open a web brower and go to http://192.168.1.1
Enter the default User Name (admin) and Password (1234), and
then click Login.
