Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that the
hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.

- Page 5 Assembly IMPORTANT! • TOOLS NEEDED FOR ASSEMBLY: Medium size flat blade or Phillips/Crosspoint screwdriver, adjustable spanner or metric spanner set. • Remove any internal components or packaging from the barbecue body. • Whilst every care is taken in the manufacture of this product, care must be taken during assembly in case sharp edges are present.
- Page 6 Attach one Leg Top Support (C7) between the left legs using the 1/4-20UNCx12 Bolts (D8). Repeat above process for the other leg top support. Install a 1/4-20UNCx22 Step Bolts (D6) on each leg, and then attach the Left Side Shelf (C1) and Right Side Shelf (C2) onto left and right legs using the 1/4-20UNCx22 step bolts.
- Page 7 Remove all cast iron cooking components, lava rock, drip tray, and any internal packaging from the barbecue body. Insert M6x95 Bolts (D4) through the trolley legs, the Spacers (D5), and keep the tip of the bolts inside the spacers. While holding the barbecue body into position (2 people required), screw the bolts into the barbecue body as shown.
